Special Appointed Prosecutor, December 2000-Present. Appointed to prosecute felony and misdemeanor cases where a conflict prevents prosecution by the local State's attorney. Served as Special Appointed Prosecutor in Will, McHenry, Livingston, Henderson, and Kankakee Counties.

Conflict counsel, December 2000- Present. Appointed by the Kane County Chief Judge to represent clients in felony, misdemeanor, delinquency, and abuse and neglect cases where a conflict exists for the Kane County Public Defender. Conduct trials, hearings, and prepare pleadings on behalf of clients.
